Okay so firstly they have kittens in this glass boxes, but okay, these boxes I'd say these boxes are 1.5 long, and 1 foot wide, and in each box they have about 4 kittens, but these things, like you're standing behind it and you want to remove your clothes because it's that hot, so how they're coping inside it!?! I don't want to tell you this next bit being a fellow Leopard Gecko lover, because you will start crying from sadness, anger, and disgust i think, but every single reptile, the birds, everything, are caked in mites, absolutely CAKED in mites, they never seem to have water or food, the conditions themselves are horrible, but augh, I'm sorry about this bit, i was looking at the leopard geckos one day, and there was this leopard gecko laying there, dead from neglect i guess, and it had a cricket eating out it's eye, while two other live geckos were also in that same enclosure This is not so bad depending on your opinion, but another time i was in there, some guy came in saying his friend went on holiday and had been left with taking care of his tortoise, and no idea why the friend had not left instructions, but he was asking what to feed it, a person working at the store, specifically in the reptile section, taking care of reptiles, turned around and i kid you not said "Oh a read mixed bag of greens from Tesco is fine", aka, probably the worst thing to feed them, and just, yeah, we used to go there because it was local, cheap, and was the only place we could get things, now i straight up refuse my family or any friends to go there so they stop earning money and close down

This shop has a very good selection of products but the quality of care of the livestock is appalling. They have a huge selection of reptiles including some quite unusual species but not a single water bowl was clean- all in fact were soiled with faeces. Many of the reptiles were in enclosures far too small for them, over crowded, or mixed with different species. The vivariums were also full of old feeces and shed skin- really disgusting. There was also an obvious snake mite infestation clearly visible on two of the albino pythons in one enclosure. Some of the animals were in poor health- underweight, poor shedding or dehydrated skin condition and some were in inappropriate enclosure (not just too small) for their species requirements. None of the bords had substrate in their cages, large rabbits were overstocked in glass display cages of the sort hamsters are usually displayed in, with piles of faeces and urine, with no hay to eat or space to move around. Parrots and corvids with no toys or stimulation, in tiny cages with filthy water bowls. On top of all that, a lot of staff were present, so it's not like they don't have time to clean the animals. The staff were not friendly at all, either. This place hardly sets a good example to would be pet keepers about how animals should be looked after.
